I was wondering how far in advance you mailed out your invitstions and the wording that you used so guests understand if they do not RSVP before I send the final list 3 weeks before the wedding they will not be able come to the wedding due to US Customs Regulations.

We mailed out our MIB invites in October ( 6 months before ) so that all of our guests had enough time to ask for time off of work and also have enough time to book and pay off their cabins.

I'm sending mine out at the end of this month for my August 8th wedding. I did passport invitations so inside the invite and on the RSVP card it says You MUST RSVP no later than June 13, 2010 in order to be permitted on the ship.
