I confess that although I've been 'over the wedding' for MONTHS now and am always reminding everyone I didn't want the big wedding, I am actually starting to get a little excited lol

I confess that I talked to a woman yesterday about doing my hair and MU for the wedding.  I reall did like her, but when I asked if she gave a discount for it being on a Thrusday, she said that she did not give a discount because she does just as good a job as any other day.  I do believe this response is totally legit but I kinda wanted to say well then does that mean that you do half as good a job on all the bridesmaids because you charge half the price for them.  It was more of a "weddings are really expensive" than anything else.

Well that was a snippy response!!  Although don't take my word for it b/c apparently I read too much into the connotation and tone of what people say and usually my sis or FI has to calm me down b/c I take things "the wrong way"...but I totally understand your qualms based on her response!

I confess my mother is driving me NUTS!  Everytime I show her something I want to buy from Etsy it's "Oh, we could make that ourselves for so much cheaper Let me go to Michaels and pick some stuff up!" Mom. I get that. Really, I do. However I am not crafty. You are not crafty. I work 50+ hours a week and am planning a wedding. Paying (meaing me, I pay, not her) the ^#&#$% extra $20 to have someone make it for me is SO worth it. I get that she's trying to help but MY LORD.

I confess that I feel like time is really going to start flying. I ased FI last night if he wanted to go look at some rings on Friday. He is really hesitant to do anything right now because of our money situation. (We had a lot of traffic in the house this week and a few offers, though low, come in so hopefully things start looking up soon!!) I am the type that likes to get things moving so that when a decision needs to be made it can. I would like to start looking at rings now so that when the time does come, we aren't starting the process and being forced into a time crunch. I know this whole situation is stressing him out, so I didn't push it. Blah!

Confession.... I expressed this in the etiquette board yesterday.

I have over 60 people in my family are coming to our wedding my my side of the family.
Only 6 are coming from his side.

Feel super bad for my FI and wish he had more support.

I confess that I have been a bad knottie. I have gotten a ton done but have not been on the board in a while. I feel like I am missing out ! I also confess that July 2nd can NOT get here faster and am just waiting and pacing and waiting for it to come.

I confess that I have considered having my mother write my vows for me. Its comparable to reciting the traditional pre-written vows(for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health...)....right?

I confess that money has been stressing me out latley and I'm too chicken to talk about my worries with my fiance because I don't want him to worry and I know he doesn't worry about money like i do. He doesn't live pay check to pay check like i do. Geez... i need to get over it.
