Aug. WL Challenge WI

Hello ladies!  It's WI day!  How did everyone do this week?I was AWFUL this weekend!  I was good all week, but went back to Pittsburgh and totally blew it!  Now I have heartburn and feel bloated.  I also put on 2LBS!  I'm so upset with myself.

  • Tracy its okay! Hang in there! :-) I was pretty bad over the weekend as well... :-/ and I guess my super duper quick 5 lbs loss last week was as good as its going to get for a while. I didn't lose any this week. Boooo....
  • This weekend was horrible for me because I was out of town for my friends wedding! I didn't gain anything nor did I lose! Hopefully this week will be better!! I'm losing inches but not lbs! Ugh I'm getting discouraged the scale isn't budging!

  • I stayed the same also.  Didn't lose, but thankfully didn't gain either.  Gotta do something to lose some weight!!!!!
  • I have not WI yet today.  I will do that tonight...I am a little worried because I was so bad last week.  I WILL do better this week!!!

  • I gained back the .5 I lost last week!I thought I was doing decent until I went to Boston for the weekend with the ladies!! That's what the Italian festival, gay clubs, & lots of drinks will do to ya! LOL::sigh:: I will try again this week!
  • I was horrible this weekend also =( I ate way too much bread Saturday, but I still managed to lose 1lb. Lately though I've been fluctuating about 4 lbs and it's driving me nuts!! I'd like to be down and stay there. Oh-well I guess it's really only Monday WIs that count =)
  • Ugh, Tracy I totally feel your pain. I was a bad girl this weekend. Saturday we had pizza + vodka and last night my mom came over and we had pasta, bread, and cesar salad...not to mention two bottles of wine. So needless to say this morning I can't even take my e-ring off when normally it's falling off my finger. And I've gained a pound. Boo. I'm chugging fluids today and I'm also going to sign up for a personal trainer tonight after work. Back on the wagon for me!
  • I have not moved 1 freaking pound! I'm working out every day and watching what I eat and not one pound! I've ordered a Polar F6 heart rate monitor on the advice of my WW buddies. Hopefully this will make me work out more efficiently!
  • Nada... at least I didn't gain.  Trying to motivate myself to get out and exercise but it's so hot here!
  • Once again I'm afraid of the scale :) Maybe tomorrow morning before my run. As for it being hot Danielle. I have to get up at 5 in the morning, geez! My lab who loves to run absolutely refuses at that terrible hour!
