We haven't done this one in awhile!  I know it's not even 10 a.m. here on the West Coast, and you East Coast Knotties probably have already had lunch......I'm going to have left over chicken enchilada.

I'm not sure yet... probably a lean cuisine... maybe a salad... gotta be good at lunch because I am going out with the girls tonight and who knows what we will be eating! LOL!

I just had a tuna sandwich with diced celery, red onion, miracle whip and cheese. Followed by grapes and a couple of cheetos.

Smart Ones tuna noodle gratin, baby carrots, and a peach.  I've never had this Smart Ones meal so it better be good!

I'm STARVING.  I'm so not sure what to eat.  I have enough stuff in the office to scrape together a "lunch" but I may run to the food store across the street and pick up something.  I'm dying for pasta...

I had a sliced of pizza and a fruit salad. talk about healthy..lol
