OOT Bag HELP!

So I really want to do OOT bags for my guests and have even bought a bunch of stuff to go in them. But then I realized that all my guests will be staying at different hotels (everyone is booking their own trips and staying where their budget allows). So now I'm beginning to think it's going to be a huge headache to try to get everyone their bags. Should I just ditch the OOT bags? Does anyone have any ideas on how I could easily get this stuff to my guests? Oh, and I get to St. Thomas a day and a half before the wedding so I don't exactly have a lot of run-around-for-other-people time.

Are you having a welcome dinner or rehearsal dinner? That's where I'm giving mine out.

Ditto welcome dinner.  We're going to give them out then.  Maybe on their seats or something.  Our people will be all over, as well, and I don't feel like making someone go track them all down, so we're going to simplify that a bit by waiting till they're all in one place with us.

Ditto to what the PPs said... Were having an informal welcome to Maui cocktail party at a bar by our hotel. We will pass them out there

If you're not having a rehearsal dinner/ welcome dinner, then I would mail them to whoever's coming ahead of time (beofre you leave).

Thanks to everyone for the ideas! I wasn't planning on having a welcome dinner or cocktails or anything, but maybe I'll look into that now! Fun and productive!And if no dinner then I'm mailing them...the stuff I got rocks and I want everyone to have it!
