I had several conversations with our loan contact at the bank and our realtors today, everything seems to be moving along "smoothly" and we might be able to close next Friday, Sept. 4!! That's 11 days earlier than expected. The earlier the better, this has been the most difficult thing I have ever willingly gotten into. We are expecting to sign loan doc's on Monday, final walk-through on Wednesday, close on Friday
Needless so say I am ECSTATIC. Hopefully the underwriter stays happy.It's hard right now, but I am trying to keep myself in check and not get too excited, nothing is final and we never know what could happen between now and Friday. It's so difficult not to just go out and start buying paint and stuff! Hahaha.I know there's some saying... don't count your chickens before they hatch... something like that
