Good Morning Ladies!

Morning Knotties!So I have been shredding for 5 days now and cut my calories, why the heck is the sclae gone up 1 pound each day for the past 3 days???? OMG! FI says it's okay, wait until next week it just fluctation! Ugh! WTF!Anyway, I got my cheap Caribbean documents with my final air scheudle and all, we leave in 17 days!!!Eeeeeee!!!!Well It's gong to be slow here at work today so I will be knotting and working on WR things here! Yay! And I get to leave eraly, 3pm!!! And we have Monday off!Ya yay yay!!!! Have a happy Friday!

  • Hey Natalie!  I'm on day 5 as well!  I think you're just seeing a weight increase due to muscle gain...you'll see the scale go back down soon I'm sure!I'm sooooo happy its Friday!  Drinks tonight with one of my best friends who is visiting from Vancouver then road trip tomorrow with FI!  Have a great day ladies!
  • Morning Girls! Yup, I agree with Lori - you will start to go down soon! And you build muscle with the shred, so its that too! And remember the more muscle you have the more calories you burn through the day and the higher your metabolism is so thats a good thing! :-) I didn't get to knot much yesterday at work - and I am sure today will be the same. I am FREAKING out about getting everything done before we leave. As happy as I am to have next Monday off............ I need more time at work! Hope everyone has a great day!

  • Good morning! Yes, the PP are correct you are gaining muscle, which is heavier than fat. I would measure yourself all over and then measure yourself again in a week. If you don't see the scale moving down, I know you'll see the inches decrease for sure! Keep up the good work!Have a fab Labor Day Weekend everyone!
  • Congrats on the shredding! Great job.  I'm sure the 1LB is just muscle.  When I started with my PT the first month I only lost 5LBS.  Then after  that first month my weight started dripping off.  It's just your body adjusting to the new workout.Happy Friday ladies :-)
  • Yay shredders! I agree with all the PPs---Just stick with it and you're sure to see the results you're looking for. I *attempted* Level II this morning. Um, no. Definitely not ready for that at 5am! I can fluctuate about 5 or so pounds daily, so I try rely too heavily on the scale. Even if I weight myself the 1st thing in the morning, I'm always within this 5 pound range.Everyone sounds like they have awesome weekends planned. My September and October weekends will be very busy with friends' weddings and whatnot - so while FI is away hunting tonight and tomorrow morning, I am going to curl up with The Time Traveller's Wife and a few glasses of wine. Then it's off to the cabin for Sat - Mon. Thank goodness for 3-day weekends!

  • YAY! It's Friday!!! I'm packing my bags and headed north for the weekend!! I hope the weather stays nice like they said it is supposed too!! Hope everyone has a great long weekend :-)

  • I'm so glad it's Friday!!Brian and I have our E-pic session tomorrow and I'm excited!Sunday we're going to Country in the Park where Billy Ray Cyrus, Julianne Hough, Little Big Town, One Flew South and Trailer Choir will be playing!  We've got VIP tickets so we'll be there at 9:30 a.m. (music starts at noon) and we get all you can eat and all you can drink for the day!  Plus, we scored MEET & GREET tickets so we get to meet Mr. Billy Ray himself!  :)  I really wish we could meet Julianne instead though!  Monday, Brian is working, so not much of a Holiday for us per say!Happy Friday everyone!!  :)
