Who are you using for makeup and hair?!! I tried marie pieree or whatever but she is insanely expensive... any ideas?!

I am using Marie Pierre as well, but I agree that the price is ridiculous!! I am going to let my BM's know the price for hair and they can decide if they want it done. I just can't afford to pay for all of them to get their hair done.

I am using Marie Pierre as well. And yes, she is expensive! But I figure, okay it's the BIG day, so that's how I justify it Maybe you could look into the other salons in Key West or the upper Keys? I think there is an Aveda-salon/spa in KW and maybe they're prices would be a little more reasonable? Just a thought. Good luck!!

i haven't looked into it much but have heard about marie pierre being $$$. i did see there was an aveda salon there which i was considering --- i figure i can try out styles here at an aveda salon and since they are a chain (in a way) i should get similar results the day i need it. im a little nervous about just randomly going somewhere  since i won't be there before hand.

thanks for all your help ladies... i ended up going with marie because 1) she knows what shes doing 2) shes trustworthy and 3) its the big day, $225 is not that much in the scheme of things for something that will last forever in the photos...
