So as some of you know escrow has been a real nightmare for me. Last week I spoke with our loan contact at the bank and it was like... the last straw and I kind of snapped at her, even though I know it's not her fault, it's Under Writing. Anyway, apparently I'm on "time out" with them now because no one from the bank will call me anymore, they only call FI now. So FI calls them this morning to get an update and the lady is saying how they are asking for updated statements from us and every time they get one there's new deposits on it. So FI is like "Yeah, those are paychecks." And the loan lady says "Ooooh..." Well I guess that response was too much for FI to take and he kind of unleashed on her, he said "Is this the first loan you've ever worked on? Every time you ask us for an updated statement there will be new deposits on it because that's how paychecks work."Speaking of the bank, the loan lady just called me, but was actually trying to get ahold of our realtor, and she said after she speaks with our realtor she'll call my FI back at work. I guess I really am on time out with them. LOL. This is so ridiculous it's comical. And if it wasn't happening to us I would never believe it coming from someone else. It's just sad but funny. Oh! Someone also just called from the bank to verify FI's employment at MY WORK. I don't even know what to say about that one...
