Good moning! YGM! How was your second week? Did you work our 4x? Focus on adding fruits/veggies to your diet? Limit soda? Are you staying motivated? I look forward to hearing how everyone is doing! Week three: - 4x workout- Increase workout to 5x this week - try to get an extra work out in, even if it's just a short walk- Focus on your portion sizes.
