Soooo, I know I've complained about TA's a few times and was all excited recently to have found one through my little sis but now I'm not so sure about this one either! She booked our resort for us last week and was able to come up with quotes out of my home city within a day, however, most of my friends are spread out across Canada and she didn't get those quotes until a week and a half later giving them only 4 days to book before the quotes expired! Plus now that we are all booked she is bascially done with us! She gave me the resort wedding coordinator's email address and said that I have to ask her any questions myself! Thats not really normal is it? I just had to book my own wedding date, so basically she is getting a commission off anyone who books for my wedding but she is doing absolutly nothing else for me! So strange! I can't really say anything though because my she works with my sister and I don't want to cause trouble. My sister asked her company to give me a deal and they just assigned this TA to me, I can tell she doesn't want to do it but I'm not exactly being demanding am I? All I wanted was for her to set up my wedding date and maybe ask a few more questions to the resort if need be! Oh my, I'm sure it will all work out in the end but wow-its not as easy as I thought it would be!
