Hey - I saw all the posts about the Shred below. Wasn't sure if you were still checking it so I thought I would give my comments here.

What's nice about the Shred is that if it get's easy for you, there are 3 levels. I'm doing level 1 because it's still a great workout, but it doesn't kick my butt like it did the first few times. She has another video called Boost Metabolism and that one is way harder for me then the Shred. It's 40 minutes circuit training vs. 20 minutes. She also has a toning one. That killed my arms - in a good way. Also, if you do go with the Shred, Jillian suggest you do other workouts or exercises to ensure you work all your muscles. Or take 1-2 days off a week.
