  • I go get waxed about every month and try to keep it up with plucking.  I have to get my chin, lip and eyebrows waxed.  I could use with getting it done about every two weeks if not more though..I am ONE HAIRY girl!  :)

  • I'm still stuck w/ the shave method too =( If it makes you feel better I have to shave everyday even if I use a brand new razor
  • I have just started using an braun epilady and I LOVE it. I got it at Target because I wanted to not have to worry about hair on my honeymoon. It's like waxing with out having to wait for it to grow out, cheaper and don't have to have someone else do it, and if they are reusing someone elses wax. It uses tweezers so it can get the smallest hairs. It even comes with a light for those hard to see places. Using it at first hurts ( a lot), but I just did small areas at a time until it was hair free and then maintenace doesn't really hurt at all. One added side effect is that my underarms used to  look dark even after I just shaved and by using the epilady they look lighter. So if you can handle it I totally recommend it, the new one's are so much better than the old ones. Tip though, use the shaving attachment to trim your bikini first for less pain.
  • I shave :( But I am treating, well maybe not a treat, myself to going and getting my wooha waxed before our MX trip. I really don't wanna worry about my bikini line. I am lucky with the fact that my leg and arm hairs are blonde so I could go without shaving my legs and I don't think anyone would even notice!!! I may google the epilady though. I just want a quick ripe to say good bye!!

  • I have "sugaring" done. It's wax, but without the strips. My lady uses a ball of wax and pulls 'with' the hair instead of against it. I'm not going to lie, it hurts. But you don't have to shave for at least 2 weeks after. The hair growth gets finer and finer with each time. I have blonde hair so it doesn't take very long.
  • legs - shaving, brows plucking who-ha - all about the waxing. Shaving gives me angry angry skin on the girl bits so waxing and using this special stuff my waxer gives me is much better. But..costly, so I don't do it as often as I should. I just trim between visits.
  • I just shave for everything, lol. I want to try waxing for the hooha area, but I'm too scared. For my pits and legs I shave like every 2-3 days, if I'm lazy it stretched to 3, but never longer than that.
  • Sarah-I got like weeks, at most I think a month, possibly longer to shave my legs :) Luckily it's blonde and always soft and never prickely!! This is only in the winter-summer is like as long as a week and a half :) Poor, poor Joe

  • Wax...  It's a great thing!  I shave my legs, but everything else gets waxed (well, not everything...).  I only started a couple years ago with the waxing, had wanted to for some time, but was scared to figure out where to go.  Ask your hair stylist for a recommendation (she knows your personality and tolerance level!).  It hurts, but for a much shorter time than shaving did for me...
