How much is too much?

So I want to have hair and makeup done at our condo the day of the wedding... I am paying for my girls also... I seen airbrush makeup done by Michele Renee... it looks amazing..... It's going to cost me over $500 for hair and makeup for all of us and am having a hard time justifying paying that much... WDYT?

It just depends on your budget.  That sounds like a reasonable amount though.  How many girls?

I think it's justified if that's what you want to give them as a gift.  I spent about $100 on a gift for each of my 4 BMs, but didn't pay for the their hair or make-up.  I left it up to them if they wanted it done.

If that is for all of you, that is not bad. I had one woman quote me $250 just for the bride. I have two different vendors (hair and makeup) and it will be about $125, and then each girl will be about $95.

200 for me, and then 95 per girl..... It will be part of their gift as I paid for material for their dresses to be made,  my aunt beaded "barefoot sandals" and did earrings and bracelets with peach colored pearls. So basically all they have to pay for is their flight, hotel, and food...

I would say that is about right.  I was looking into hair alone and it was going to be 120 for me, 80 for each BM.

I'm having hair & makeup done in our hotel room for me and my MOH, and it's $400 for just the two of. Outrageous, yes, but in KW that's pretty standard. So I don't think that's an outrageous price for several girls, but it does depend on your budget.

And, on a side note, I was MOH in a wedding last year and paid for my own hair and makeup....I believe I paid about $100 and had to go to the salon itself. So I think $95 per girl is pretty reasonable.

Yeah that does not sound too bad..and I might be doing the same thing..but then again I might just say do what you want with your hair, wear it down and loose!
