THe Shred (again)

I haven't posted much in the last few weeks-but I noticed there was alot of buzz on The Shred. Last night, one of FI's friends's gf gave me all 3 of Jillian's DVDs as a bd gift. It was a sweet gesture-I just thought it was funny.
