You rock on that Target PSA! Just got back with loads of goodies for my OOT bags that saved me a bundle! They didn't have the bags at Michaels though :( but it gave me inspiration to try my own... we'll see how they turn out.

    I'm glad to hear you got some goodies before they were gone! I know a bride can always use a money saving tip. You'll have to share some pics on your DIY project. :-)
