Bouquet drama continues

I am getting married in 9 days and still don't have my bouquets! They aren't even near being done. If you'll recall I posted pics of my all rose bouquet earlier this week. Well after looking at it, I decided it was just too plain. Well I found some sophia roses that I liked and had them overnighted ($26 in shipping costs) on Thursday since their Hobby Lobby didn't have them. I was also going to send some calla lillies I found but she told me she had the exact same ones at her store up there - I had given her the number on the flower. So I didn't send them since she said she had them. Now I wish I would have! Currently my bouquet looks like this, horrible! Granted she just threw the blooms together for the picture without much arranging but still you will see that the calla lillies are the entirely WRONG color. Now FI is send the correct calla lillies and they won't arrive until Monday! They are leaving for Miami on Thursday. That means she has 2 days to finish my flowers!!! Aaaaahhhhhhhhhh! And as you can see the green loops have remade an appearance. Oh, for heaven's sake!!! Those red calas just clash so badly!As for the greenery, do you think maybe you could just take a pair of scissors and snip it out before you walk down the isle?*m*

I don't think the greenery looks bad....but I would just take the calla's out completely and call it good!I too stressed over my bouquets and they turned out beautiful. I think you will be happy in the end....just hopefully they arrive in time! Tell that woman to get a move on!

I couldn't find callas that I liked either.  My "inspiration" bouquet has them, I had to ditch the idea.  Just yesterday I decided to go with all roses.  But I ended up making seashell stems to add to my bouquet.  I just picked through bags of them, found my faves, spray painted them with high gloss clear paint, and hot glued them onto floral wire.  It was so easy, took soooooo little time and now I feel as though they add that extra something that my bouquet was missing.  I love your greenery too.  It will work out, I'm sure...which I know doesn't make you feel much better.  When I was stressing about flowers my mom told me "no one will even notice them" and to "quit worrying so much"...I thought that darts were going to shoot out of my eyes!  HA!GL...and sending you some :::flower power vibes:::
