No wedding party = 0 stress!!!

One of the best decisions we have ever made was to not have a bridal party....talk about stress free! It's just going to be me, him and the minister. I am so excited about our wedding and so glad that I can not relate to most of the bloggers.Is there anyone else out here that is also not having a wedding party?

I'm having a very small bridal party so I understand what you're talking about. We're only having a MOH(my sis) and BM(his bro). It definately has cut out a lot of stress! Sometimes I wonder if I shoud have had a big bridal party but I think I'm fine with the way it is.

We just got married in Barbados with me, him, and the minister! It was amazing!! So much less to worry about! But there were a few upset girls!! GL!!

We are getting married just the two of us. No wedding party. No guest. The wedding planning has been basically stress free. The AHR is another story though!

We are having just the two us. I have some upset people but I want a stress free, intimate, romantic wedding. I am having an AHR in my home. It is going to be something that we can have to celebrate our new life together and share our video and pics.

We're getting married in Vegas and I never even considered having a bridal party. Didn't want anyone feeling obligated to come. My girls who would have been my bridesmaids are happy with it. They're still planning all the stuff bridesmaids do.

We aren't having a wedding party, but we are having about 35ppl come as guests.  I'm happy I don't have to deal with BM's dresses, bouquets, GM's stuff, etc.

so I guess it's not that strange to not have a bridal party!   At this point in time we aren't planning on having one.  It's funny though that whenever I mention my wedding people ask who my bridesmaids are and then they are shocked when I say I don't have any!

Wooo Hooo for no bridal party!!!  I'm in the same place - didn't want people to think they had to come and the stress of dresses, shoes, hair, gifts, blah blah... Turns out it was a great thing I didn't ask my closest friends to be in a bridal party - at this point we've heard from 7 (yes, count that seven) couples who are pregnant and can't come - 5 of which are my good friends.  Great for them, good for our budget, but sad they won't be there now.
