Girls, I'm am getting just about fed up with my friends trying to plan my b-party!!First of all, my friends all know that I don't want to do the downtown/club scene. It's basically what everyone does, I'm the last person of my friends to get married, so I'm over it. And really, I don't even care if I have a b-party! I'm getting married in friggin' Key West! I plan on partying it up there, so who cares if we hit the bars in St. Louis? Not me!I told them that if they all wanted to throw a b-party for me, that would be nice of them, but I would want something laid back, like going to the wineries. Everyone sounded excited, so I guess the planning on that commenced.From the beginning, the main planners are two of my friends who aren't friends with each other, so communication has been difficult. They don't dislike each other, they're just in different circles. Friend #1 seemed to take the lead from the beginning and it sounds like she has the details ironed out, but Friend #2 pesters me with questions all the time about something related to this stupid party. I'm starting to feel bad for #1 because #2 seems to be asking questions non-stop and wants to go over every last detail. And on top of that, she won't even FB the other girls because she doesn't know them as well as #1 does. Instead she asks me for an email list of all the guests to do an evite. WTF? Just create a flippin' event on FB, add the guests and call it a day!!Part of me feels like #1 is flat out ignoring #2 just because she's fed up with the questions (if I know her this is what she's doing). I totally understand that, but if the two would just communicate one more time this would all be over. It's starting to make me feel guilty about having a b-party because maybe it's too much to ask from everyone. What was supposed to be a laid-back event is quickly becoming nothing but drama.
