centerpiece dilemma...Lots of PIP..

So I'm starting to second guess my centerpiece choices and am contemplating making my own. My WC is charging $110 for my original choice which I feel is kind of overpriced for what they are, so I started looking at different options and am kind of loving the manzanita branches, but am worried about traveling with them. The first pic is my original centerpiece, the rest are inspiration and options. My idea is to have the Manzanita branch in a tall vase filled with pink crystals and lit up from inside. Honestly, I like your orginal ones best. If you want to do the crystals, why not replalce the rocks in your orginal with crystals and add a floral lite?

I looove the original centerpiece!  That seems like something you may be able to make on your own though and it may travel fairly easily!  I'd be worried about breaking the branches while travelling... but you may be more careful than me! I'm kind of a klutz haha

I think your idea would be pretty too, but I absolutely LOVE your originial centerpieces!  They are beautiful!

I concur - I like the original one the best and adding the floralite and crystals would be cool. Is there any way you could cut costs by making them yourself instead of going thru the WC? Maybe just scrap them with the WC and then send your bridesmaids out quickly before the ceremony to throw yours on the table

I LOVE your original centerpieces too and think you should stick with them. $100 a centerpiece seems absolutely outrageous to me no matter WHAT kind of centerpiece it is though!! I made the same centerpieces for my AHR (the same as your original choice) and bought all of the materials at Michael's. There are pics in my BIO. I spent $130 and was able to make 12 centerpieces. I'm sure you probably don't need 12, so it would even be cheaper and I'm sure it wouldn't be that bad to travel with if you put them in one of those big rubbermade tubs. HTH!

You original centerpieces are my centerpieces for our receptions - but with no rocks! Obviously I love those the best!

I really like your original choice and I think it would be really hard to travel with those branches!  What if you got silk orchids, vases (maybe you could find plastic ones instead of glass to travel with)?  I'm sure you could make those for much cheaper than $100 each!!!
