Love it!!!  What kind of event is it?  Hard to say if it's too dressy without knowing anything about the luncheon.

we are doing a luncheon cruise, on the Majesty.  It's intercoastal water and it's a dolphin site seeing cruise.

I love it!! and I don't think is too dressy...but then again I tend to like to be over dressed, you know, stand out for all the right reasons :-) Besides, dresses are usually easy to tone down with the right shoes and accesories.

I think it's adorable and totally appropriate.  Normailed is right though, you could always tone it down with the right accessories if need be; but you are the BRIDE, so it's ok for you to be overdressed and stand out anyways!
