In need of help

I hope you wonderful hotties can help me. I've been working around with powerpoint to create my STD so I finally did something that I felt in love with. Know I want to upload it to VP but it keeps on showing an error message. Then I tried saving it in my pics in my pc but the only thing that shows up is the background. None of the words came up  and I'm so mad. What am I doing wrong???? Please Help Me

Did you "group" your pic and words together?That should fix it and then resave your creation...and it would probably be easiest if you go to the top of the Powerpoint screen and just type in "group" in the little box that says "Type a question for help"...it will give you step-by-step on how to group (it's simple!).HTH!

Thanks. I tried that and VP is still saying "File Format Error – Unaccepted Format". Any other advice? This sucks. I hate being technology challenged!

Did you save it as a JPEG?  Go to: File...Save As...then Save as type & select JPEG.I worry you might lose some resolution though...

I went through this all with my STDs.  Hopefully these ideas will help you too, and if not, just send me your file and I will play with it for you (it's real slow here at work today!)Make sure that you did not choose format background in ppt.  I found that if I put a colored box that takes up the entire page, it worked best.  Then make sure you order it as "send to back".  After you do that, make sure you select all and group all the items in your ppt slide.    After that, save it as a pdf file.  From there, you can upload the pdf (I think, not too sure) or crop and save as an image file.I don't know if all of this will work, or is even necessary in some cases, but I did find that these worked for me.
