Hello Fellow Desitnation Brides,With my wedding in Mexico 45 days away, my bridesmaid (and future SIL) emails me last night to tell me she has bought another dress for the wedding!!!! I was completely shocked. There was no discussion about this - I just got the email last night at midnight saying she bought it. My sister (and MOH) and she went shopping with me in April and both of them liked the dress they both had already bought (they were matching dresses from David's).I told them back in April when we started all this that if they wanted to wear different styles it would be fine, but they both agreed to purchase the same dress and they did, so I felt this needed no further discussion.So now am I not only dissappointed that my future SIL did this, but now I will have to deal with my sister who will no doubt whine to me about "well if she isn't wearing the dress then I'm not going to wear the dress."Of course at the end of the email my future SIL throws in the "if you really don't want me to wear the new drews, I won't".....Thanks for the out AND the opportunity to look like Bridezilla.My fiance offered to speak to his sister about this, but I think it will just make it worse. I don't think either of them realize this is bigger than just a dress - I really feel disrespected that she didn't take a moment to think that (a) I happen to like the dress they bought already, (b) my sister is now going to freak and (c) I didn't appreciate getting the news via email without prior discussion!Please tell me I am not the only one dealing with freaks who are supposed to be family!?!?!? Of course this just adds to issues I've alreaady been having with my sister about coming to my wedding, guests who are not RSVPing (or careing) and still trying to get all of the wedding-related gifts and whatnot finished!!!Sorry for the long rant, but I've been up since 5 am mulling over all this!!Kat
