Hi Ladies!  How did you do this week? I stayed the same *POUTS* I have my b-pics Friday and a dress fitting saturday so I was really hoping to have taken a few LBS off :-(Just a reminder, Alison will be taking over the challenge for next month.

I forgot to weigh myself this morning. I did manage to make it to the gym...ahem....once....last week. That counts for something, right?

I sucked....I think I'm up like 2lbs. I had a bad (well it was good, but bad for the diet) weekend. Back to the gym tonight *sigh*

Well this week was my first back after months of secret eating and almost nothing but fast food..so I am down 7 pounds this week..but again, that might be mostly water weight and my body rejecting the poison I had been putting into it..
