Hey Ladies! In the spirit of weightloss, I thought I would mention this awesome free website I use. It's called myfitnesspal.com and it basically allows you to count calories and lets you know how much you should eat to lose 1 lb per week. It's really easy because it has a huge database of foods already and if what you ate isn't in there you can always add it.I basically use it as a guideline, just to keep me aware of what I'm eating. Stops me from going cray and overeating. lol
