Good Morning Hottie Knotties!!!! Today was the FIRST day since we came home that I was able to drag myself out of bed early enough to work out. I am all gross now and need to shower but wanted to get the day started on here! I hope everyone has a great day - all my office is out of town today so I should have plenty of time to knot! yay!! And once again - major vibes to Shelli hope she feels better soon, and good luck to our two girls leaving today - major good weather vibes to Jamaica!

Morning!Great job Sarah!!! Keep it up!You are doing better than me....no workouts for me at all this week b/c I haven't been feeling well. (I am working from home again today b/c of the sickness. Morning!  I was on my way in this morning, feeling proud of myself for having my shake and not junk..when I go to SHAKE that shake, and BOOM, it explodes all over ME and my work outfit (why did I wear khakis today??) AND my brand new car interior.  Did I mention it is greenish purple???  UGH!!

Good morning girls!! Today starts my week off from both school and work! I am so excited and def need the break! I am going to be able to get a lot of WR things done this week (hopefully) Happy Hump Day!!!

Good morning! This week has been moving on at a snail's pace for me.  I can't believe it's only Wednesday! After work I'm going to see my mom, sisters, and nephew for dinner.  I haven't seen them in a while so it will be nice to catch up. Happy Hump Day everyone!
