Oh man I just read your reply about the shred and laughed out loud... I went on a shred break for the wedding and honeymoon... then picked it up again on Wednesday and I AM SO SORE. and I stayed on level one!!! i want to move up to level two but i may wait a little longer, until i am able to walk up and down stairs without cringing... LOL! glad that you and your FI are doing it together! I don't think I could PAY Brandon to try it... haha :-)
