What Time is your ceremony?

I have to schedule a few vendors and I have no clue what time to pick for our ceremony. It is just  me and FI. I love the look of the sunset pictures but also want photos when the water is bluest which I have been told is in the morning. So what time are you getting married and what look are you trying to achieve?

Re: What Time is your ceremony?

  • We're having our ceremony at noon.  I was debating which time to have our ceremony as well, I love sunset pictures and it's so romantic but I also wanted bright fun pictures at the beach too.  With our schedule and events we decided to have our wedding in the afternoon.  I'm really excited to have colorful pics, we'll probably get some sunset pics when we're on the ship which will be nice too.
  • Noon but our photographer will also come back out for sunset pics.
  • We're having our ceremony at 7 pm. Sunset is 8:20. We'll have 1 hour after the ceremony is over for pictures. We chose the time for it to be a bit cooler outside - we wont be in the firect sunlight then.

  • You might want to ask the photographer too....what time of day is best for the photos/look you want to achieve. They should be able to help you!! To answer your question, we are getting married at 4pm...
  • We are having ours at 3pm, but will have our photographer for our TTD the day before as well.

  • We're getting at 3pm.
  • We are getting married at 9am. We are getting married during a cruise and are only on the island from 8a-5p, so I asked for the earliest possible time. The wedding coordinator said that is when the water "pops" as well for pics.
