so my save the dates are out and im so nervous! what if everyone comes???? we sent out about 60 invites, but if everyone came and brought someone we might have like 120 people!! i know not everyone will come but can anyone share some #'s to calm my nerves. i was really hoping for like 40-50 guests but people seem to be into this idea.........

People are always on board, excited to come, etc. until they find out how much it will cost. Trust me, even the people who say they're excited about coming won't end up going when all is said and done. You'll be fine.

We invited 74 people and 25 haved booked so far. It doesn't look like we'll go over 30 people. Like pp said, everyone will say they're going at first, but only the serious ones will book.

I was told to expect aprox half to the dw wedding and 70% to your home receptions. So far that has been true to form for me. We have 22 booked, and only maybe one more couple that might decide to come if they can get over their fear of flying. As for the reception we invited 100 people each so we are expecting 140 people.

We sent about the same amount (121 people) of stds and actually got 54 people coming so I think you are close! There was a moment there when we thought we were up to 70 but then we had a bunch of peeps back out due to pregnancy and budget.

I agree, I have had people say they'd love to come until they find out the price.  Which honestly I am kind of glad, I only wanted to invite immediate family and really close friends but FI wanted to invite his entire freakin family.  So we invited about 60 people but so far only have about 16 or 18 coming.  So don't worry too much, I bet you will be way closer to the 40-50 then you think.

We sent out maybe 120 STD's, but were only expecting maybe 10 to 15 to actually cruise with us. As of right now, we actually have 32 people who have booked their cabins. Granted, like Lisa mentioned above, everyone has jumped on the excitment train for the moment, but as the time approaches, I think some may cancel. We'll see. I wouldn't stress out too much about it at this point, but just know that everyone's experience is different!

We sent out sixty invites, about half of those were to couples. We have about 26 people booked, with the possibility of about 5 more still booking. It'll all be alright!

We invited 132 ppl and so far have 32 ppl booked.  I don't expect too many more..

and this is why i love this board... thank you for calming me down! FI won't entertain fears we cant control... so i appreciate the input and will try not to worry. will enjoy everyones excitement for now and see what really happens later!
