Escort card names?

How are you writing names on your escort cards? Are titles still necessary like on invites? Mr. and Mrs. John Smith is fine though you could also go for John and Mary Smith. And what about single friends? Will you put Mr. names and Ms. names or skip the titles and just use their first and last names? Our wedding is day, semi formal so I'm not too sure what's best.

I have seen it done either way. I think it just depends on your preference and style. With a daytime semi-formal event, I think you can definitely get away with not using titles, if that's your preference.

I chose to not do titles b/c I never refer to my friends or family by their titles, so it feels more personal to me to call them by their name w/o titles.

Same as Michelle and Amanda. Also, our escort cards have "M__________________" so we kind of need to. We are using the ones from the venue.

I used titles for the invitations but I am skipping titles and full first names on my escort cards. Mine are actually tags attached to my favors, so each person will be on their own card. I don't have ton of room to write the person's full name and title either. I really don't think anyone at my wedding will care if I use John Doe instead of Mr. Jonathan Doe.

I am not using titles on my Escort Cards.  Our reception is not super formal and I cant think of a singel guest we invited that would be offended.

Not using titles. This is probably more of a cultural thing- deaf people NEVER call each other by their titles. My students do not call me Miss/Mrs_____. Everybody calls eachother by their first names.

So we're doing first/last names.
