How did you do this weekend?
I did pretty great. I made a really healthy meal on Saturday for dinner that was made of chickpeas, edamame and quinoa and was really good! I will eat leftovers for lunch today

. I ate at Redskins yesterday but I made healthy choices and then made chicken piccata for dinner when I got home.
Saturday I went to my first Zumba class and loved it! My hips and abs are sore

Tonight I'm hoping to take another Zumba class and/or Body Flow. I don't know if I'll have it in me to do both, but I'll definitely do one or the other. It's crunch time! The wedding is in 3 weeks!
