Accountability

Today is a rest day for me, and a much-needed one!! My legs are so sore. How about you ladies? What's on the exercise docket today?

Breakfast - cereal (I'm so boring! Haha)
Lunch - PB sandwich, animal crackers and apple
Dinner - TBD, probably nachos and margaritas?

    I started my "get healthy/fit for the wedding" this week, and I'm proud of myself because I've actually done really well. I hope I don't majorly fall off the wagon in a few weeks and my fiancee walks in to find me crying into a bag of Cheetos dipped in Ben & Jerry's or something.

    Here's what I've been doing this week:
    Breakfast - Better Oats oatmeal
    AM Snack: banana
    Lunch: turkey & spinach wrap with fruit
    Dinner: healthy portion of whatever I'm making for my fiancee and his daughter
    Nighttime snack: glass of Light Chocolate Soymilk or peanut butter toast

    I'm doing Jillian's 30 Day Shred this month and Zumba 3x a week. I have 80 pounds I'd like to lose before my wedding, so I'm trying to bust my butt!

    I went for a walk with our dog and cats last night.  Yes, the cats go with us, too. They follow along and it's really funny.

    Breakfast- biscuit with egg and veggie sausage
    Lunch- dried fruit, nuts, yellow pepper with onion dip, orange, toasted seaweed, pear sauce
    Dinner- teriyaki veggies with rice

    Trying to get everything cleaned out of the house to start Paleo on Monday.
