Tasty Tuesday!it

it IS tuesday, right?  

anyhoo....im a fat kid.   a fat kid who has learned how to make ANYTHING diet.    today, lets celebrate fat kid foods!!  


1 light hot dog bun
3oz extra lean beef
green pepper
1 slice ff cheese
seasoned salt

All items optional    add/remove veggies, or subtitute chicken

1. heat a grill pan, spray with pam.   place sliced onion & pepper in pan, sprinkle with seasned salt, grill til soft
2. thinly slice beef and rub with pepper and salt (i use sea salt)  Place in pan and grill to desired temperature
3. place slice cheese and veggies on meat.   turn off heat, cover, to melt cheese
4. place on bun.  Viola!  cheesesteak!
