I called my mom on the way home from work and we started talking about the wedding. Long story short, I don't really feel like my parents have been very "involved" with the whole process. They just don't seem to care. FI's parents have been amazing. Anyhoo.
So as I'm talking to mom she's like "why won't {TA} send me a brochure?" me: "Because that's NOT what she does." "Did you look at the wedding website? It has all the info." mom: "Where's that?" me: "The ACCOMMODATIONS card in the invitation!" argggg! mom: "oh I haven't looked at that." *hand plant to forehead!*
I was like I didn't spend x amount of hours just making a freaking website for our guests. Geez! I'm just like WTF? No wonder they have no FREAKING clue what's going on! They don't pay any freaking attn! Geez.
