Accountability

Happy Monday! What's on your agenda for working out and eating today? I have a rest day since the marathon is less than a week away! This week will be low-key in terms of exercise. Yesterday I had pancakes with peanut butter and syrup for breakfast, hot dogs for lunch and sausage and broccoli penne for dinner.

  • Gym tonight!! Yesterday I did 50 sit-ups and I brought out th old thigh master! I couldn't make it to the gym so I did what I could at home! Breakfast~cresant rolls Lunch~FI made pizza out of cresant rolls Dinner~one chicken stuffed w broccoli and carrots

  • Today I'll hopefully get time to do some Zumba.  Yesterday I relaxed since I was a little beat up from ice skating, lol.  I had my usual yogurt for breakfast.  Then I had some frosted flakes for lunch and dinner was apple baked pork chops with roasted sweet potatoes and corn.  Tonight I'm trying to make jambalaya for the first time, oh boy, lol.

  • This weekend was REALLY bad accountability wise lol so I gotta get back into the swing of things today!

  • I cheated this weekend.  Between my MOH coming over and aunt flow showing up, it was all about having some sugar.  Oops. I'm back on track today and I'm going to the gum tonight.
  • I have been horrible with being sick.  I have a doctors appt this morning and hopefully he can figure out what's wrong and I can get back on track.
    Jenn, I completely forgot the thigh master.  I will have to dig it out.  My thighs definitely need it!

  • I am going to join In here for the first time cause I luv that you ladies are keeping each ther accountable and want to be a part of it. :-) I also did horribly this weekend. But, today is a new day and I am jumping back in. So breakfast- cottage cheese with grape tomatoes nonfat mocha (I work at a coffee shop and was tired so I caved) but no mocha tomorrow :-) Snack veggies and homemade ranch lunch smoothy snack grapes dinner chicken and steamed broccoli. Gym tonight- 2mi on the treadmill and weights.
  • Ya, we walked everywhere, which helped. We also did a full afternoon at a waterpark which was a lot of running around, climbing stairs and being active

  • I decided to just do a week of my cleanse because I could not handle it any longer...but it has really helped me jump start my diet program and cut out a lot of bad stuff. Today I had protein bar for breakfast ... my FI got me my fav kind in my stocking this year =) Tonight is super busy for me because I start school .. I plan on going to a core class and then hitting Panera for study time/food.
