Happy Wednesday ladies!! What’s on your workout agenda today? I have a terrible sore throat and am super tired, but managed to run this morning (after debating for 20 minutes – haha).

  • I did awful last night.  We went to the diner at about 11:30 and I had pancakes with butter and syrup!!  We didn't get our normal appetizer tho which is homefries topped with bacon and cheese....

  • it's time for me to join you dedicated ladies.  Session with the trainer yesterday, today I'm so sore nothing in the way of working out.  But I am starting my diet today, so I'm going to need lots of support and encouragement.  Breakfast was a cup of greek yogurt, 1/2cup granola, and a banana.  Lunch is going to be 4oz of tilapia & veggies, and I'll be packing my dinner, 6oz of chicken and veggies.
  • What are you ladies working towards?? I posted earlier, but I'll update it here with a newer thread.  I could use some accountability help with FI bringing home M&M's every time he goes to the store!!  

  • I didn't end up making it to the gym last night.  I had to go grocery shopping instead.  I'm still eating Paleo and going to the gym tonight. 
  • I gotta say though, the Paleo seems to be helping, I haven't changed my workout routine but when I weighed myself this morning (when I was still keeping food down) I already lost 3.5lbs!
  • No gym last night but I ate good Breakfast~ WW eng muffin & banana Lunch- weight watcher turkey and stuffing. I did not like it Dinner- white rice, carrots, and 3 pieces of general tsos chicken...and then I had a mini bag of m&ms. Gotta get rid of the candy!

  • I didn't get to run yesterday... I went to the company gym and realized I forgot my gym pants :( but I did do a weight training work out and played some Just Dance with my daughter (that counts right?) lol I'm proud to say FI and I were on point with food yesterday. For dinner we had some sirloin lamb chops with steamed green beans and sweet potato. Today we will probably just have some chicken and veggies for dinner. Even though I am sore, I'm going to do a Cardio work out as soon as I get home. :) I need to stay commited!

  • Kje – Hope you join in! We all have different goals but use this to help accomplish them.

     

    Jen – I would definitely count Just Dance as a work out – it’s tough!!

     

    Paleo sounds like it’s the way to go! :)

  • SOunds good.  FI and I did a groupon over the summer and both lost weight, so now I need to get back into working out.  Our treadmill is still in pieces after our move, but I'm going to see my trainer today, then open gym for my cheer team, so good day planned.  Tomorrow will be more difficult!!  :)

  • I went to spin class this morning at 5:45 woohoo ! I am on day 3 of the cleanse. Had a green smoothie for breakfast, a DISCUSTING veggie bowl for lunch (it had wakame seaweed...and I just do not like that stuff...). For dinner I will have cucumber soup.

    SO FAR I HAVE LOST 5 POUNDS ! WOOHOO !

    Tonight we are going to look at 3 venues for our AHR because of some things that have gone down with our original venue. Crossing my fingers that we find something !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
