How's the Paleo diet going? You started today, right?

Yes, I did.  So far, so good. I haven't had any cravings, when normally I would by this time of day.  I haven't wanted to kill anyone for their tater tots, either. hehe  The worst thing so far is having to go to the bathroom so many times from all of the water I've been drinking.

Yay! Good for you! I'd kill for McDonalds chicken nuggets and fries right about now!

Haha I'm with ya on MD Kimmy I'm proud of myself because I've officially been soda free for five days! Woo!  

But that's great that you haven't had any cravings -- hopefully its continues!

I literally used to drink 8-10 sodas a day!  I quit last March, it was the hardest thing to do.  The first two weeks were hell and I wanted to kill everyone.  My headaches were the worst.  Once you get through those few weeks you will drop weight like crazy. 

Good luck girl, you can do it!!!
