I got up early and worked out yesterday and was doing GREAT food wise, I even chose a healthy dinner out with my coworkers, but it all went down hill when I got home and ate two big bowls of apple cinnamon cheerios. Oops!
I am not working out today, so I need to make sure I stay on top of the food thing. I've got plans to go to the gym tomorrow morning for body pump and maybe going early for treading class, and then Sunday we're going to do a 14 mile bike ride on the NCR trail.
Food wise I'll be pretty good on Saturday and Sunday with the exception of dinner on Saturday. We're going to Fogo de Chao for FI's stepdad's birthday dinner, and I've been eyeing up the turtle cheesecake!
Does anyone have any good exercise or food plans for the weekend?
