Hi Weren't you the one trying that new diet? I think you can only eat protein, vegetables, and fruit, or something like that? How's it going?

Yes, I'm doing Paleo  It's going well.  I'm not hungry, doing lots of experimenting in the kitchen, eating lots and losing weight.  It's been a lot easier to do then I thought it was going to be.  Plus, I've already lost 4 lbs!

That's fantastic. I'm doing the master cleanse this week, and I've been trying to decide what route I want to take as far as dieting. I will definitely look into that though. Thanks for the response. And goodluck with achieving your goal!
