DIY Boarding Pass

Hi Knotties!

I am pretty new to the board. I have been engaged to my fi for 7yrs together for 8yrs and we are finally setting a set date to get married!!!! We have talked about it before and set dates up without telling any but because of having two kids already money is a little tighter so that is why we are going to be doing a destination wedding which I am super excited about!

I love the boarding pass idea for the invitation but I am having the hardest time on finding a picture I like to add onto it. I really like the starfish idea but when I google search them I don't see any I like in the color's I need or even without some logo in with it. My colors are going to be bright orange and hot pink. Where did you get you clips from to put onto your template? I am using the template provided by ayleebits. Any info you can give me would be awesome because I am so clueless when it comes to this. Is anyone using photoshop to get what you need on it. Help please!!

Hi April Welcome Congrats on setting your date.  Did you try Google Images for boarding passes save the dates or invites or starfish images?

I did the Boarding Passes for my save the dates (my colors were orange and hot pink too!) You can see the pics of mine in my bio.

I got my images from a google search and manipulated them in photoshop.  I put boarding passes together in photoshop as well.

When I was doing my invites I purchased grapics from a stock photo site and etsy...  so that's another option if you can't find what you want via google.

I also did these for STD and you can find pictures in my planning bio, as well. I found images on iStock and Etsy.

I'm not sure of any sites where you can download it for free...sorry.  I have a purchased copy of it.  However, I do know you can download a 30 day trial of photoshop from Adobe's website.  That might work for you.
