One of my bridesmaids just emailed me at work. She talked to her mother's best friend, who is a hair dresser. She's willing to come up to the wedding, she'll travel with and stay with my friend and her Mom, and as long as she can attend the wedding she's willing to do hair for free!!!!!
She is already setting up the first trial for late next week!

I want to cry happy tears!!!!

I actually had something similar just happen this week...

LOOONNNGGG story short, procrastinating has bitten us in the butt so much lately.  Airtran tics to KW for the day that we wanted to go down there had gone up by $100 (from $59 to $159) the day we went to book them.  So we decided to wait it out.  In the meantime, rates at ALL hotels close to our venue (we were going to stay somewhere cheaper for 2 days to save $), had also skyrocketed - the place we looked at was $249/night on Friday... we went to book it Sat and it went up to $385 - LOL!  So anyway, we're screwed on the room, but the rates on the flight went back down yesterday!!!!  I scooped up the tickets immediately!  HAHA! 

Anyway, moral of the story.... relax - everything will be fine!!
