Happy Wednesday! How are you doing with your goals this week?
Workout? Eating? Update.
I did six miles this morning, the marathon is only a week and a half away -- eek!! I also did a bit of an arm workout and some stretching.
Yesterday I had salad for breakfast, tacos for lunch, snacked on oranges and a banana and dinner was buffalo chicken with chips and guacamole.
