HAPPY FRIDAY!! What's on the agenda for working out/eating healthy today?
I finally have a rest day which I think is much needed for my body. I'm not sore, I think my muscles are just tired.
Yesterday was back to a good eating day -- woo! Breakfast - cereal; lunch - leftover meatloaf cups, mashed potatoes, carrots; dinner - fettuccini with marinara sauce.
