Just popping over here from my local board as I'm sure many of you have done this. We're doing a DW in Hawaii next spring and found a great deal online to Hawaii and have decided to do a "planning" trip in a week. We're meeting with the Banquet Coordinator at our hotel where we are having the ceremony and reception. Pretty much everything is included in our package - guitar, officiant, flowers, food, venue. Any suggestions on questions I should be asking the banquet coordinator while we're there?? I've got a list started, but I'm sure something will get mentioned that I never even thought of.
