Happy happy Friday!! Is it just me or did this week take forever?! Did you set any special goals for this weekend?
Today I did four miles. Yesterday I had salad for breakfast, PB sandwich, trail mix and Craisins for lunch, snacked on a banana and orange and dinner was this Asian noodle dish I made with meatballs that was actually pretty good (and FI didn’t know I made it with gluten-free soy sauce).
Since we have a lot of new girls on the board, what are your health goals for your wedding day? I would love to lose about 10 lbs but want to continue to do what I’ve been doing and focus on eating a little healthier.
