Hi ladies! Happy Saturday! Any workouts planned for this weekend? I just did my last "long" run before the marathon next weekend. I can't believe it's only a week away!

  • How awesome for you Lora!! Yesterday I didn't make it to the gym because I was cleaning but I did do 50 sit-ups. We are going to the gym later today, a bit hung over. Breakfast~ fiber one bar lunch~ weight watcher chicken Alfredo Dinner~ totally blew dinner, two pizzas, and 7 beers! I don't ever drink that much and I dont know what happened. At least it was light beer!

  • LOL dinner last night was 2 beers and a giant burger from the local brewery.  AND I took yesterday off from the gym.  AND now I have total velcro butt and don't want to get up to change and work out.  This is really...not so good :)

  • I have done nothing for exercise but have not eaten anything except of crackers and cheese either.  I was in bed sick from Thursday afternoon until this morning.  I still am not up to much today but hopefully tomorrow.

    We had our pizza but not until really late so I was starving and snacked which didn't help me much.  But I did play our kinect adventures game which must have done a little something for me, lol.  Today we're going ice skating so I'll get some exercise there.

  • Today the FI & I will be taking the dog walking somewhere. It is sunny and nice out so it should be fun ! We may try out this restaurant that has really healthy foods called Aladdins.

  • is it bad that I think I could be drinking buddies with ya'll?

    today I did my trainer mandated run, it's the one it the thread I posted last week.  Trainer was there and after the run made me do a plank pose for 5min!!!  (I almost threw up on his mat)

    I kept up with my diet:
    Breakfast- greek yogurt & organic granola
    snack- protien shake, 1 banana, 3 strawberries (it's supposed to be one or the other, but protein shakes are disgusting and I can only drink it with lots of fruit)
    lunch- 4oz of salmon, 4oz of steamed yams, 1 cup steamed broccoli
    and for dinner FI & I are having steak, and I'll have 2 cups veggies

    yesterday I slacked and only did diet, I needed time off from the last session.
