Since I am about to head off to Costa Rica in a few weeks for my wedding I thought I would share with any brides in the planning stages that are considering CR why we chose it and why we love it
For us, Costa Rica was the perfect place to avoid all-inclusive resorts. It is off the beaten path but still accessible enough to fill our guest list. There is nothing cookie cutter about the place. The villas in the country are breathtaking, affordable and the perfect place to house our guests and our wedding. They are absolutely stunning there. You will feel like a queen when you are there and it is so hard to leave. It is truly a piece of paradise. The villas are great because they usually have an on-site concierge, housekeeper and chef. It was the perfect solution to get away from the all-inclusives but still take care of our guests. The concierge at the villas can arrange your tours, adventures, groceries. Most include pools where you can see howler monkeys and listen to the sounds of the rainforest.
We knew right away when we were planning our DW that this place had to be the backdrop for our wedding. We are so excited to be there in a few weeks and I cannot rave enough about this country. Hope this was helpful for any newbies in the decision process
