Hi all! How's it going today? How are your fitness goals holding up? 

Today I am taking a break -- my legs are so sore!! Yesterday we split a bagel sandwich from Brugger's, had a small burrito bowl for lunch and dinner was shredded chicken chutney sandwiches with fries.

    Yesterday was ny first day back to the gym!! My toe feels much better. I did 45 min on the crossramp and did 100 ab crunches. I also walked an hour at work. Breakfast~ 2 pickled eggs minus one yolk. And tomatoe juice Snack~ cutie orange Lunch~ turkey pepperoni on a w w pita with mozz cheese and fresh baby spinach 2 compari tomatoes and pickles Snack~ south beach snack bar Dinner~ veggie chili with white rice (didn't have brown : ( ) Snack~ fiber one brownie Today gonna hit the gym again and do my hour walk

    Lora - Congrats on Boston!  What an awesome accomplishment!!!  Remind me, was this your first time doing Boston?

    The past 2 days have been good and I feel like I am getting back on track with my eating! 

    Today's Plan:

    B - WW smoothie with fresh fruit
    S - Banana (before lunch time spin)
    L - PB&J on whole wheat and yogurt
    S - ?
    D - something quick and easy after my nephews baseball games tonight.

    WO - Spinning already done!
