Accountability - W

Hi ladies! Hope you're all doing well sticking on track with your WOs... I know I've been slacking :-/ 

B: blueberry and banana smoothy
S: coffee
L: lean cuisine (seseme chicken I think)
S: yogurt and maybe some nuts
D: tbd, I have a meeting after work

Update - After just two days, I quit the same diet as FI :-( I was pretty sick yesterday from it. My brother made a good point and told me that I can support FI with this, but I can't do it for him... So I promised FI that I'll eat breakfast and lunch as I do normally, but stick to the low carb dinners with him.

  • Awww Kate, sorry to hear it didn't go well for you.  But it is healthier to eat the things that will keep you sustained and not make you sick :-)  And that's a good compromise!

    B- I "forgot" to eat breakfast :-(  work was so busy that I just didn't realize the time was going by

    L- yesterday's left over mac and meat sauce

    D- ugh, i forgot to take a meat out of the freezer...i guess either we will order or if i have the strength after work, I'll stop at the supermarket for something...didn't make the pasta cabonara so maybe tonight!  that will motivate me to go to the supermarket for bacon! lol!

S: blueberry crisps bar and coffee B: yes backwards but I never really that hungry right when I am up but I have heard its important to start ur metabolism so the cereal and silk milk L: just put my protein shake in the freezer :) S:apple if I need one D: if FI is up I have a new pork chop recipe to try if not ww W/O maybe beach body video not sure but one of my videos hopefully!

  • Meg- what pork chop recipe??  i once tried making a blueberry glaze for pork chops and it was AWESOME!!! I love pork chops, lol!!

  • I am not sure of the name but it has fingerling potatoes, apples, apple cider, sage, and a couple other things but i can think of them right now. FI wasn't up so the chops never made it out of the freezer if it any good, when I finally make it, I'll send ya the recipe I always like to try new recipes and it was under the healthy tab which was another bonus but well c
