Today I received my hair flower and flower brooch in the mail today!! They look (and feel) great! The seller from Etsy also gave me a couple of extra nice hair pins (one with a blue bead at the end for a 'something blue'), which I thought was a nice touch.
I also got one of my shower dresses delivered just an hour or so ago. I only ordered them off of Macys.com on SUNDAY, and two days later 1 arrives.
Also, I did a little shopping today on my day off (it's my birthday:), and I like to take it off), and I got some cute strappy sandals that I can wear with my new dresses and just a bunch of stuff in general and a couple of swimsuits. I'm glad I foud the swimsuits too because they have detachable straps. I don't want tan lines on my shoulders when I'm laying out on the beach before the wedding day!
Also, in honor of my birthday and of Mardi Gras, everyone have a drink!!
Side note: why couldn't my birthday be on Mardi Gras when I was in college so I could celebrate it properly and do it jusice?! I can't live it up when I have to work the next day (and all my friends now live in other cities across the country). Anyway, have fun!
